Welcome to Christina Jade Therapy

I offer CBT, hypnotherapy, nutritional coaching and meditation classes at my consulting suites in South Kensington, London. Following a journey of personal growth to conquer my own battle with anxiety, I have channelled my energy into helping others take control of their lives by adopting healthier coping techniques to deal with the daily challenges of modern life. I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). I am also an accredited member of the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

My approaches to therapy

I use four different modalities in my practice to help you achieve your desired outcomes:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • CBT is a practical, short-term form of psychotherapy which focuses on your current challenges and helps you manage your problems by spotting the links between your thoughts, feelings and actions.


  • I will work with you to analyse each of these areas and teach you practical strategies that you can apply to everyday situations.


  • I use several forms of CBT in my practice such as cognitive therapy, behaviour therapy (e.g. graded exposure), problem solving therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy and compassionate focused therapy.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

  • Hypnotherapy is a deep state of focus and relaxation where your conscious mind is quietened and you are able to tap into the part of your brain where your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours originate.


  • In this state, I will help you modify the unconscious thoughts that are driving any of your unhelpful behaviours and help you overcome any obstacles or barriers that are holding you back.


  • You will continue to be in complete control while under hypnosis and can choose to accept suggestions that will move you closer to achieving your goals (for example, stopping a destructive habit such as smoking or binge eating).

1:1 Nutritional Coaching

  • I specialise in guiding individuals who have been diagnosed with gut issues such as SIBO and IBS. I also work with clients struggling with eating disorders and hypothalamic amenorrhea. These conditions are often interlinked and can have a major impact on the quality of life.


  • I am committed to supporting my clients to incorporate new food and lifestyle habits designed to help them maintain a healthy weight, balance their hormones, reduce digestive issues, improve their sleep and regain their fertility.

  • I will provide you with a tailored nutritional plan designed to help ease your symptoms and will continue to work side by side with you to ensure the changes are implemented effectively.

Meditation Classes

  • I offer both group and individual meditation classes designed to help my clients reduce their stress and restore a sense of inner calm and peace. I specialise in mindfulness, guided meditation and mantra meditation.


  • During meditation, the abundance of unnecessary thoughts that often cloud your mind, especially when anxious can be decreased.


  • Some of the many benefits of meditation include: reduced stress; improved memory; enhanced willpower & discipline; lower blood pressure; higher quality sleep and increased compassion for others.

As of November, I only have two slots available to take on new clients. Please note that unlike many therapists, I strictly limit the amount of clients I see at one time. This enables me to provide each of my clients with the attention and focus that they deserve. I myself have seen therapists who are constantly burning themselves out by taking on unmanageable workloads. I am committed to ensuring that this does not happen in my practice.
